Why are certain attributes not being picked up in year end rollover?

This article covers attribute configuration for the year-end rollover (YERO) within iplicit's Environment Defaults. Only attributes listed in the Year End Rollover Attributes field within Period Handling are carried forward into the rollover journals. If an attribute is missing from this configuration, it will not appear in the rollover.

Checking and updating the year-end rollover attribute settings

Navigate to Environment Defaults
Select 'Period Handling'
Locate the 'Year End Rollover Attributes' field
Add any required attributes to this field
Save your changes.

Only attributes listed here will be included in future year-end rollover journals.

If the year-end rollover has already been run

If the rollover has already been processed before the attributes were updated, you need to abandon the existing journals and rerun the rollover. For full steps on abandoning and rerunning, see: Why are the brought-forward figures doubling up after the year-end rollover?
